The Process

Call, email or reach out using our form submission. Tell us about your event, your ideas and inspirations. We want to hear from you.

 

2. Get Together

Let’s meet for coffee (or a glass of wine) and talk more. This is our time to get to know, your needs, wishes and style.

3. Proposal & Contract

We’ll put together a proposal and review with you in detail, answer any questions, then present the contract.

 

4. Plan, Plan, Plan

Here’s where we really get going! We’ll look at venues, caterers, photographers, florists, everyone you need. We’ll meet with them, book and build detailed schedules.

5. Execute the Plan

We’ll coordinate with the service providers, manage the schedule and budget. This is the work behind the scenes that will ensure your day is perfect.

 

6. Day Of

The big day is finally here! We can plan the days details, be there to coordinate and oversee activities. Providing you assurance someone is on top of everything!
